What To Do If You Are Checking In Late

Have to work late, running behind, or hit traffic? We get it! That’s why we have an easy process for when you arrive after our store hours!
As a reminder, our store hours are:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST
Saturday 10am – 4pm EST
Sunday 11am – 2pm EST
Check-In times are:
RV Sites – 11am
Other Accommodations – 4pm
If you’ll be arriving after our store hours, simply follow the processes below so that you can camp stress free!
For our RV and Water & Electric Sites, you will just head straight to your campsite and check-in with us the following morning! Please be sure to look at our resort map ahead of time so that you know where you’re going when you get here! We recommend to screenshot our map or print out your confirmation email prior to your arrival. Your confirmation email is VERY important and has all of the details you’ll need until you can see us the next morning.
For our other accommodations, we will simply leave the keys in your unit unlocked with the lights on! We’ll also leave a copy of your reservation with a car tag. Please be sure to look at our resort map ahead of time so that you know where you’re going when you get here! We recommend to screenshot our map or print out your confirmation email prior to your arrival. Your confirmation email is VERY important and has all of the details you’ll need until you can see us the next morning.
