Make It a Full Wedding Weekend

One of the most meaningful parts of a Little Arrow wedding is the ability to turn your celebration into a full weekend experience. Guests can check into accommodations at 4 PM Eastern and RV sites at 1 PM Eastern, with checkout at 11 AM, making it easy to plan a structured yet relaxed itinerary.

Imagine welcoming guests on Friday evening with a rehearsal dinner under the pavilion. Saturday morning coffee is shared on cabin porches before preparing for the ceremony. After exchanging vows at one of our beautiful ceremony sites, the celebration continues into the evening with dinner, dancing, and fireside conversations. Sunday morning is a meaningful farewell brunch where no one feels rushed to leave.

Little Arrow is also pet-friendly, with limited pet-friendly rooms available for couples who want to include their dogs in the celebration. Additional fees apply.

Vendors and Planning Support

All third-party vendors must be approved by the Little Arrow Groups Department and provide proof of insurance along with a signed vendor agreement. To simplify the planning process, couples receive a curated list of trusted local vendors upon booking.

For those who prefer additional support, Little Arrow offers concierge services. With a 20 percent concierge fee, the team can manage vendor coordination, communication, setup, takedown, and special requests. This option allows couples to remain fully present throughout the planning process and on their wedding day.

Investment and Booking Details

Event space pricing typically ranges from $3,000 to $5,000 dollars per day, depending on the space and services selected. Ceremony space pricing is available upon inquiry. If there is one payee, a half-down deposit is due at contract signing and is applied to the final invoice. Final payment is due thirty days before the event.
