Townsend Christmas Parade 2025!
Join us for the annual Townsend Christmas Parade, a local favorite event!
- Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025, 2:30pm.

Location: The parade route starts at the Townsend Visitor Center and ends at the former site of Nawger Nob Village.
- What to expect: The family-friendly event features floats, marching bands, performers, festive decorations, and lots and lots of candy!
In order for our staff to participate, our Front Office & Store will be closing at 1pm on Sunday, 12/7.
Be aware, this is a very popular event and the road (Hwy 321) between the Visitor Center and Nawger Nob Village is closed at 2pm to thru traffic during the parade. If you need to depart Townsend, it is advised to head out of town early and/or seek an alternate route.
