Drum to the beat of Dolly Parton and get your heart racing in a new, fun and exciting cardio class! Cardio drumming gets you moving while having a good time! Join us every Wednesday at the A-Loop River Access from 9am – 9:30am.
Open to all abilities and ages. First come, first serve. Adult supervision for children required. For guests only.
