DESCRIPTION:Our offices will be closed every Thursday until 11am\, for Employee Development from 12/4/2025-2/26/2026. \nIf you are an arrival or departure on this day\, please note: \nCheck-out time is 11am:  All golf cart and/or accommodation keys can be placed in the key drop box outside the main office door.  All trash should be placed in the resort dumpsters upon your departure.  Make sure all campfires are completely out.  Accommodation guests should clean all dishes or run the dishwasher before departing. \nRV site check-in time is 1pm:  Please head straight to your reserved site to set up and\, at your earliest convenience\, you can pick up your welcome packet with the resort policies/info sheet\, your parking pass\, & Wi-Fi info card outside the main office door in alphabetical order by reservation last name. \nAccommodation check-in time is 4pm:  Please head straight to your reserved accommodation.  It will be unlocked with the key inside\, along with your welcome packet with the resort policies/info sheet\, your parking pass\, & Wi-Fi info card. \n*If you have reserved one of our resort golf carts\, be sure to complete the Little Arrow Golf Cart Waiver in advance of your stay (the link can be found in your confirmation email\, below your reservation details).  This allows us to deliver the golf cart to your site/accommodation prior to your arrival.* \nIf you are in need of any assistance on these mornings\, please call or text: 865-659-2335. \n  \n

SUMMARY:Tennessee Winter Beer Fest 2026
DESCRIPTION:Amazing local craft beers\, great company\, delicious food\, and it’s all for a great charity!\n\n\n\n\n \nOn Saturday\, February 21st\, 2026\, the Tennessee Winter Beer Fest (TWBF) will celebrate its 14th year. The TWBF will be held from 3pm to 8pm at Company Distilling in Townsend. \nThe TWBF began as an idea from Maryville resident\, Mike Adams\, who simply wanted to put on a beer festival. Through conversations with several friends\, a board was formed and a charity identified to benefit from the event\, New Hope Blount County Children’s Advocacy Center. The TWBF has grown since its beginning\, officially becoming a 501(c)3 in 2014. While the size of the event has stayed consistent at roughly 350 tickets\, the donation amount to New Hope has grown reaching a record $28\,000 in 2024! \nThe TWBF board hopes to maintain or break its 2024 record and has reached out to Tennessee breweries and local businesses to achieve this objective. Breweries that will be in attendance for the 2026 event are your local favorites and more! Stay tuned here for a full list! \nTickets can be purchased online here for $75.00\, beginning Wednesday\, December 17th\, 8am. The ticket price includes a commemorative glass\, beer\, and dinner catered from Miss Lily’s Catering in Townsend. Designated driver tickets can also be purchased for $37.50 and includes dinner. \nFor Little Arrow Guests attending the event\, we are offering a 20% discount for up to four nights for any of our accommodations or RV sites!
